This book is a kind of ?fable? for the entrepreneur. It starts with the story of Jack who just lost his job. He decides to go into business himself but has few financial resources. He sells his Harley-Davidson motorcycle and with his small savings and the support of his wife, he starts a struggling dry cleaning business. His small business attracts enough customers to pay the bills and service his debts. But he needs to find 100 more customers to attract enough money for promoting his business.

This book tells you what Jack does and the inexpensive ideas he used. He meets a dentist just starting his own practice and they begin to do joint marketing. Their immediate success inspires them to attract other non-competitive young businesses. They form a network, creating their "Entrepreneurs Club."

Stan tells us how they created successful (and inexpensive) mailers to new move-ins, and how they grew through the years with other techniques and ideas that Stan explains in detail.
