We examined hundreds of businesses that faced their own tough times and succeeded. When we looked at how they did it, we found nine strategies that were common to so many of their stories.

The seminar gives examples of each of the nine strategies, from companies large and small. Netflix, Edward Jones, and Hilton Hotels share the stage with a single-practitioner physician and a boarding school in rural Vermont. Industries across the board are represented, including a Silicon Valley software company and a nonprofit museum of art.

We can customize the program for you and add examples from your membership or business. The length of the seminar can range from one hour to three hours, and can be in a presentation or workshop format.
