One of our best selling books is “Crowning the Customer,” written by Feargal Quinn, former owner of Superquinn Supermarkets in Ireland. It may be the best books on customer service you’ll ever read. Another great book about customer service is Don Gallegos’ “Win the Customer, Not the Argument.” Brian Woolf, noted expert on loyalty marketing has written two best sellers -- “Customer Specific Marketing” and “Loyalty Marketing: The Second Act.” We have published two books by Al Norman, lead opponent of Wal-Mart and other big-box stores, called “Slam-Dunking Wal-Mart!” and “The Case Against Wal-Mart.” Our own Murray Raphel has written two books that should be required reading for anyone in business: “Selling Rules!” and “Speaking Rules!” As publisher of most of the titles we offer, our prices are the best available.
